You need to discover how you can conquer your anxiety. Does running or working out work for you? How can you relax your body? You can’t be anxious and uptight and relaxed at the same time. Does calm deep breathing work for you or do you like muscle relaxation techniques? Does listening to music or being physically active help? You need to discover which technique works best for you.
Learn to Challenge those negative Thoughts and Fears
