We offer services Monday through Saturday and offer day and evening appointments.

Therapy sessions are available both in person in Ottawa and online across Ontario, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba, depending on the therapist and appointment type. In-person sessions are offered at our Carling Avenue , while virtual sessions are provided through secure video platforms. Let us know if you are from out of province, so we can match you with a therapist who is licensed to work with you in your province.

Coverage varies by provider, so it’s a good idea to check with your insurance company to understand what services are included under your plan. Clients covered through IFHP or medavie blue cross may require preapproval and a prescription from your doctor for counselling services. Do mention this to our receptionist and she can guide you on how to obtain a counselling prescription.
