About Kathleen Brooks

Life can feel overwhelming when you’re constantly managing anxiety, navigating difficult relationships, struggling with self-doubt, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. Whether you’re a pre-teen, teen, or adult, it can be exhausting to carry these challenges on your own while trying to keep up with the demands of everyday life.

Kathleen provides therapy for individuals ages 11 and up, including teens and adults, in a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, low self-esteem, people-pleasing tendencies, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and challenges with boundaries or self-worth. Together, we explore the underlying patterns that may be contributing to distress while building practical tools for lasting change.

Kathleen works with Deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals. She is committed to creating an accessible and inclusive therapeutic environment where communication and connection are prioritized. Her approach is warm, genuine, and collaborative, helping clients develop greater self-awareness, confidence, and resilience.

Therapy is not about becoming someone different, it’s about understanding yourself more deeply, strengthening your relationship with yourself, and creating a life that feels more balanced, authentic, and fulfilling.

Call today  to book your appointment for therapy or leave a confidential message for me. I am accepting new clients.
