As an Emotional Focused Couples Therapist (EFT), Natasha is passionate about assisting couples in reconnecting and strengthening their relationships. She has helped several couples to overcome the challenges they face in their relationship, together, or individually, especially after the discovery of an emotional or physical affair. As an EFT specialist, Nataxja creates an emotionally safe environment that encourages her clients to explore their vulnerabilities, fears, and concerns, before arriving at mutually agreeable long-term solutions.
Nataxja is also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), which is proven to effectively treat traumatic stress or memories, PTSD and other adverse life experiences, such as car accidents or near-death experiences.
